Irina Visan Zoys

Irina V. Zoys’ practice focuses on commercial construction litigation, resolution of disputes arising out of
commercial and industrial construction projects. Ms. Zoys represents clients in commercial and business
litigation matters with a focus on construction litigation, lien and bond claims, contract law, construction
defect claims, business torts and real estate. Ms. Zoys counsels and assists clients in drafting and
revising construction, sale of goods and employment contracts, perfecting lien and bond claims, and
regularly defending and prosecuting those claims in court and through the arbitration process. She also
assists in litigation of quality of work claims, delay and labor impact claims, and non-payment claims.
She is a member of the Construction Law Section of both the Dallas and Texas Bar Associations, as well
as a member of the of the Society of Legal Scholars of the Texas Bar College.
