Darrell W. Smith

Darrell Smith is a shareholder of the firm with over 20 years of commercial litigation experience. Mr. Smith provides his clients with exceptional legal representation in both state and federal courts throughout the State of Texas at both the trial and appellate levels. 

Mr. Smith’s practice focuses on complex commercial construction litigation, including contract disputes, construction defect and insurance defense cases; commercial real estate; and business disputes.  He is involved in the Dallas Bar Association and the State Bar of Texas, as well as numerous construction industry organization and associations.

Mr. Smith is a graduate of Baylor University and the Baylor University School of Law.
